I'm considering getting Moveable Type and hooking it up to my inactive website.

What do you think about that? (Veneliza, how does blogger work on personal websites? Does it work well?)

MT seems to be the way most people go if it's on their website. I've got blogger and I haven't done much in the way of layouts, but I'm sure you could fiddle with it in blogger, too.

I did mess with MT once (before I found out I didn't have the php panel an' stuff for it with the current hosting package I have) and I got it to work, so it shouldn't be too bad. I guess there's just more tweaking that you can do with it that people like? Yeah, 'cos I think with blogger it has to have it's own page, you can't integrate it into another page. Or I could be totally wrong, o ho ho ho. XD

Kewl kewl. Thanks for the info.

Yeah, it sounds like the php of MT makes it more flexible and workable. I just hope it's not too difficult. Maybe I'll experiment with it a litte. If I want my blog to be similar to dooce.com I think I'll get MT. After all, I have webspace AND I'm getting our now old digital camera. My parents bought a new one, so I get the old one! How cool is that?
