Yes, you read that correctly. Yoga. But why are you doing Yoga, you ask? Well, why not? Seriously.

I received my Yoga DVD (A.M. and P.M. Yoga for Beginners) in the mail today and I'm very anxious to start the program. In fact, I plan on starting it tonight an hour before bed to get into the swing of things. I'm ready to learn how to center myself and how to relieve stress. I know my body could use the rejuvenation and the relaxation, especially since it's been through enough stress this year.

I'm very excited to start this off because this is just the beginning. I know it's crazy, but I'm going to make Yoga a part of my everyday life. I'm going to become devoted to Yoga for all its worth to my mind, body, and overall health. As soon as I get into the swing of this DVD, probably about two weeks tops, I'll move on to the next two sets of DVDs I've purchased that will arrive soon (Yoga Shakti with Shiva Rea and Mark Blanchard's Progressive Power Yoga Trilogy). And maybe, just maybe, I'll finally be a bit more relaxed, healthy, and toned.

Yoga Yoga Yoda? I think it's brilliant!

Oh, and HofbrauHaus totallz rocked my world. We were there for the longest time and had the most awesome waiter in the whole world. We are going back tonight, last night in Munich.

Miss you!

Hey! Good to hear from you. See, I told you the Hofbrau Haus totally rocks. It's one of the coolest places on earth!

And yes, I do enjoy the yoga. It's been slightly challenging, but fun and enlightening for me. It's also made me realize that I'm not that flexible, but I'm learning to be. I especially enjoy the evening yoga because it makes me stretch more. The evening yoga also opens up my lungs so that I can take deeper breaths and relax more. It's great!

yay! yoga is fun and good for you! i hope you don't get all stressed just doing the poses. :-)

make sure you're ok with the type of instructor you have on those videos; they could be lame like the rodney yee one i have!

Hahah! That's rad. Yay for Yoga!

I'm ok with the instructors on my DVD. Rodney Yee is actually on my DVD for the A.M. yoga. He's a little odd at times, but I can deal with him. Patricia Walden is the P.M. yoga instructor and she's got an alluring and calming presence about her. I really enjoy her yoga session even though it's a bit tougher, especially for a novice. She is also much more relaxing to listen to while doing yoga.

I can't wait to get the Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti. According to the reviews on Amazon it's really good and Shiva Rea is totally rad. From what I've heard and read in reviews, Mark Blanchard is a bit of an egotistical prick on his DVDs. I won't know until I try them out though. Have you tried them out?
